Tramore
Tramore is the largest town in County Waterford
It is located 48km from Dungarvan and 13km from Waterford City. The town is enjoying an expanding service base and a wide range of community facilities.
Growth 
Tramore has become a popular place to live. Between 2002 and 2006 the population of the town grew by 14.5% to 8,799. Tramore is a town with opportunity to complement the critical mass of Waterford’s gateway status. The Town possesses a good base for population and services that could attract investment and employment activities additional to those that need to be located in or near a gateway.
Infrastructure
Road
Tramore is 13km to the south of Waterford City, 48km to the east of Dungarvan and 10km to the south west of Waterford Airport. The Tramore Ring Road was completed in early 2005 and this greatly improves traffic flows and safety in the Town. Further improvements to the road infrastructure of the Town are planned.

Tramore enjoys competitive DSL, wireless and satellite broadband services.
Electricity
Tramore area is served by a 38kV electricity substation .
Gas
Gas supply is available for residential and indusrial schemes in Tramore.
